BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

mark_tverdynin.jpgMark Tverdynin was born in 1959 in Moscow. He is the candidate of technical science (1985) and holds MBA (1995). He graduated from Manhattan Business School.

Mark Tverdynin started his professional career in 1986 in a research institute, where he was author of several works in mechanics. Since 1996 he has been working in the field of Internet-technologies in education, in 2000 he became the head on the research topic in IITE UNESCO, Moscow.

Since 2004 has been the Chairman of board of ROCIT and since 2004 - RAEC Director.

Mark Tverdynin is an acknowledged specialist in Internet-technologies for education and child safety online. He took part (as a speaker as well) in Yerevan international conference in 2006, Russian Days of  Safer Internet in 2007 and 2008, Russian Internet Forum, OSCE conferences in 2006 and 2007 and others.
